Description:

BIM Essentials for Architecture M03 is a set of tools that provides the essential solutions for carrying out the main parts of a project. Ideal for beginners and for architecture, engineering and construction professionals of all levels who want to get started in the BIM world. Applications are included for every project phase, starting with the development of architectural models from their first sketch to the generation of the detailed BIM model. Detailed views and drawings of the models are generated for the layout of graphic documents. Initial site conditions, geolocation, map definition and the management of topographic surfaces can be defined. It also covers the technical and detailed definition of the construction systems of the building. This tool makes it easier to generate bills of quantities from BIM models, and to analyse and verify models using clash detection and issue management. This set of intuitive tools ensures accuracy and efficiency in project development, making it the ideal solution for construction projects of any scale.

Integration with other BIM project disciplines

The projects developed in this tool can be integrated and made compatible with other project disciplines, thanks to the Open BIM workflow established via the use of the BIMserver.center platform.

What's included?

07 PROGRAMS - 03 MODULES

CYPE Architecture

Architectural modelling is the first step in most BIM projects. During this phase, the building concept begins to take shape, and the spaces, uses, ergonomics, configuration and aesthetics of the building are established. Within CYPE software, this task is carried out in CYPE Architecture, which allows professionals to develop an architectural model from the sketch phase through to the development of a detailed BIM model.
