Advanced solution for designing and analysing reinforced concrete, steel, timber and composite structures of different types and sizes, combining CYPECAD and CYPE 3D in a single set of tools. It contains modules for the design of ramps and staircases, for the design of connections between steel elements, as well as different types of structural walls. It also includes punching shear checks, soil-structure interaction, seismic design of reinforced concrete nodes and fire resistance of steel elements. It allows non-linear analysis of the model using the OpenSees© analysis engine and includes a wizard for importing CAD/BIM format files, the Portal frame generator tool and the "Integrated 3D structures" option.

AL9
The AL9 module allows CYPE 3D to use the extruded aluminium section editor, which is intended to facilitate the design and checking of aluminium alloy sections with special cross-sections.
APG
The APG module is compatible with CYPE 3D and allows the program to determine the critical load factors and buckling deformations of the structure for each combination analysed by solving an eigenvalue problem.
AUT
CYPECAD's AUT module has two options available that have been created to automatically generate the structure: Import of IFC files from CAD/BIM programs and Interpretation of DXF and DWG files.
C3D
The C3D module is the basic core of CYPECAD's tools and is required for the operation of all the program versions.
CIS
Transversal module available for several CYPE applications that allows users to export to the standard CIS/2 interchange format to facilitate the data flow between the apps involved in the process for the analysis, design and manufacturing of steel structures.
CNH
The CNH module is compatible with CYPECAD and is used to verify the requirements for the seismic design of reinforced concrete nodes.
ECL
The ECL module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design the reinforcement of stair slabs as isolated elements of the structure.
EEC
The CYPECAD module EEC allows users to carry out a dynamic analysis of buildings exposed to seismic loads, which includes the effect of the non-structural building elements used in the façades and partitions of a building.
ENZ
Using the ENZ module, CYPECAD and CYPE 3D can design foundations resolved using piles with their respective pile caps. This module also designs strap and tie beams spanning between the pile caps.
FPT
The CYPECAD module FPT, allows users to design the passive reinforcement of waffle slabs, in-situ joist floor slabs and their perimeter beams.
GEP
The GEP module is the basic module for using the Portal frame generator program and is a prerequisite for its operation. Geometry can be generated and loads can be applied on industrial warehouse-type structures, purlins can be analysed and the geometry and loads can be exported to CYPE 3D.
ITE
ITE is a CYPECAD module that allows users to consider the settlements of the foundations and their interaction with the rest of the structure, in terms of both forces and deformation, by defining elastic stiffness constants in foundation elements.
LFL
The LFL module allows CYPECAD to analyse and design mat foundations and foundation beams accurately and in accordance with structural design standards.
LMA
The LMA module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design flat slabs.
LMX
The LMX module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design composite slabs ("steel deck").
LPS
CYPECAD's LPS module has been designed to carry out the design of the passive reinforcement of post-tensioned slabs, using the forces that have been obtained from analysing the post-tensioned tendons (bonded or unbonded), whose properties have been introduced by the program users.
M3D
The M3D module is the basic core of the CYPE 3D tools and is required for the operation of all program versions. When combined with C3D, it facilitates the connection between structures designed in CYPE 3D and CYPECAD by means of the "Integrated 3D Structures" feature.
MAP
The MAP module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design concrete block masonry walls.
MLL
The MLL module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows users to include electrowelded meshes with the aim of using them in the analysis of flat slabs, as well as the detailing of these meshes and obtaining reports and drawings with their quantities.
MSG
The MSG module in CYPECAD analyses the column forces of a generic material, defined by its modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio and unit weight. It also evaluates the forces of generic reinforced concrete sections and verifies their longitudinal reinforcement.
MTP
CYPECAD’s module: MTP, designs reduced thickness reinforced concrete walls with a single reinforcement plane, which are used as load bearing walls to support vertical loads and also resist horizontal forces acting in the plane of the wall.
MUS
The MUS module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design concrete walls and masonry walls.
NLD
The NLD module is compatible with CYPE 3D and allows the program to perform non-linear analyses of supports with uplift.
NLT
The NLT module is compatible with CYPE 3D and allows the program to perform the non-linear analysis of bars that work only in tension.
OSP
It is a transverse module available for several CYPE applications that activates the operation of the OpenSees (Open System for Earthquake Engineering Simulation) analysis engine for linear and non-linear structural analysis.
PHA
Using the PHA module, CYPECAD and CYPE 3D design rectangular and circular reinforced concrete columns.
PLA
With the PLA module, CYPECAD and CYPE 3D can design, edit and check welded baseplates for any steel column layout and any type of material (rolled, reinforced and cold formed steel).
PMD
With the PMD module, CYPECAD can analyse and design rectangular and circular section timber columns.
PMT
With the PMT module, steel columns can be introduced into CYPECAD so that they can be designed and built up according to the code selected.
PMX
Using the PMX module, CYPECAD and CYPE 3D design composite steel and concrete columns composed of rectangular or circular concrete columns with an encased steel section, Rolled steel plate box sections, filled with concrete; rectangular, square and circular hollow sections filled with concrete.
PPA
The PPA module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design hollow core floor slabs.
PUN
With the PUN module, CYPECAD checks the Failure Limit State of concrete for punching shear in flat slabs, waffle slabs and mat foundations using two methods.
Q04
With the Q04 module and computers equipped with several parallel processors, users can save a significant amount of time in the analysis process of the associated programs.
RMP
The RMP module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design ramp slabs as isolated elements of the structure.
SDV
This module is used by StruBIM Shear Walls to design and check diagonally braced coupling beams.
SDW
This is the core module for using StruBIM Shear Walls and is a prerequisite for running the program, as well as acquiring other modules.
SI6
The SI6 module carries out, in CYPECAD and CYPE 3D, the fire resistance check and design of sections or protection cover depending on the material in question.
UN1
The module "UN1" allows CYPECAD, CYPE 3D and Integrated 3D structures of CYPECAD to carry out an automatic analysis and design of I section welded connections (including baseplates).
UN2
The module "UN2" allows CYPECAD, CYPE 3D and Integrated 3D structures of CYPECAD to carry out an automatic analysis and design of I section bolted connections.
UN4
The module "UN4" allows CYPECAD, CYPE 3D and Integrated 3D structures of CYPECAD to carry out the automatic design of the most common bolted connections of rolled and welded steel I sections in building frames.
UN5
The "UN5" module for CYPECAD, its Integrated 3D structures and CYPE 3D, carries out an automatic analysis and design of coplanar hollow structural section connections, like those which are usually provided in flat trusses.
UNF
The UNF module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design reinforced and prestressed precast joist floor slabs.
UNM
The UNM module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows the program to analyse and design floor slabs with steel joists or open-web joists.
UNS
The UNS module is compatible with CYPECAD and allows users to analyse and design joist floor slabs with joists fully assembled on site.
USE
The module "USE" allows CYPECAD, CYPE 3D and Integrated 3D structures of CYPECAD to carry out the automatic design of the most common welded connections of rolled and welded steel I sections in building frames.
VHA
The VHA module is for use in CYPECAD and CYPE 3D and allows users to introduce and design various types of concrete beams.
VMT
With the VMT module, the following types of beams can be introduced and designed: steel beams below a floor slab or aligned with its upper face and composite steel beams linked to the floor slab with connectors.
ZAP
In CYPECAD and CYPE 3D, the ZAP module can be used to design foundations made of reinforced concrete rigid footings or mass concrete footings, either isolated or combined, tie and strap beams between footings and, in CYPECAD, strip footings for walls.
ZCA
In CYPECAD, the ZCA module is used to design foundations with special element intersections, establish polygonal limits of footings, and apply loads on footings, pile caps and strap and tie beams. In CYPE 3D, it facilitates the layout of polygonal limits for footings.
CYPECAD
CYPECAD is a BIM application for the design, analysis, and sizing of structures for building and civil works, which are subject to vertical and horizontal forces, as well as fire exposure.
CYPE 3D
CYPE 3D is an agile and efficient program created for the analysis and design of three-dimensional structures with elements made of concrete, steel, composite concrete and steel, aluminium, timber, or any other material, and includes the sizing of connections (welded and bolted connections of rolled and welded steel I sections and hollow structural sections) and their foundations with baseplates, footings, pile caps, and strap and tie beams.
Portal frame generator
Geometric generation of rigid portal frames and simple and multiple trusses. Automatic generation of wind and snow loads. Design and optimisation of roof and lateral purlins. Exports the geometry and loads to the program CYPE 3D.
StruBIM Shear Walls
StruBIM Shear Walls is a program with which users can design and check shear walls in accordance with the ACI 318-11, ACI 318-14, NTC-RSEE 2017, Eurocode 2 and Eurocode 8 codes.
StruBIM Rebar
StruBIM Rebar is a program with which users can model the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structural elements in the BIM model.
StruBIM Deep Beams
StruBIM Deep Beams is a tool for the design of deep beams. This application is integrated in the Open BIM workflow using the IFC standard.
Foundation elements
Foundation elements designs several types of foundation elements: pile caps, baseplates, footings and strap beams. The program can automatically design and analyse the dimensions of the foundation element and reinforcement, as well as check the input of data, among other tasks.
CYPE Connect Classic
CYPE Connect Classic is a program for designing, checking, and generating the detailing and reports of welded and bolted connections with rolled and reinforced rolled-I sections; welded connections of circular hollow sections; and welded baseplates of steel columns.
StruBIM Uploader
"StruBIM Uploader" is an application developed by CYPE, with which structural models can be incorporated into Open BIM projects that are located on the BIMserver.center platform, and this way enabling a connection with visualisation, analysis and post-processing programs of other developers.
