CYPEFIRE ADVANCED is a set of BIM solutions for designing and managing fire safety systems in various types of buildings. Ideal for construction professionals specialised in designing passive and active protection systems. Covering everything from the creation or import of the building's geometric model and fire safety checks to detailed system design. Includes options for designing hydraulic fire extinguishing networks. Also includes features for designing the differential pressure systems designed to retain smoke in physical barriers that are not watertight. IFC Builder can also import DXF and DWG files and use the embedded data to automatically generate elements of the model geometry. This is an ideal BIM solution for MEP projects looking to maximise code compliance and streamline efficient project management.

Integration with other BIM project disciplines

The projects developed in this tool can be integrated and made compatible with other project disciplines, thanks to the Open BIM workflow established via the use of the BIMserver.center platform.

04 PROGRAMS - 05 MODULES

AUT

The AUT module allows part of the geometry of models in CYPECAD, CYPECAD MEP, IFC Builder, CYPE Architecture and CYPETHERM to be generated automatically from information extracted from files in different formats (such as DXF or DWG, or IFC in CYPECAD).

NFP

This module is used to design and analyse hydraulic fire protection systems (such as fire hose reels and sprinklers) in CYPEFIRE Hydraulic Systems.

PDS

This module can be used with the CYPEFIRE Pressure Systems program to analyse pressure differential systems designed to retain smoke in non-tight physical barriers in accordance with EN 12101-6.

SGN

This module can be used to carry out BIM modelling of signage systems in buildings in Open BIM Signs. This module is valid for CYPE software versions up to and including version 2025.b.

SIN

This module can be used in CYPEFIRE to carry out checks relating to the building's security in case of fire.

IFC Builder

IFC Builder is a free CYPE application designed for the creation and maintenance of IFC building models.

CYPEFIRE

Validation of basic fire safety rules. Passive protection (compartmentalization, evacuation, external propagation, etc.) and active protection (extinguishers, detectors, etc.).

CYPEFIRE Hydraulic Systems

CYPEFIRE Hydraulic Systems is a tool created to design hydraulic networks for fire protection using sprinklers and fire hose reels in accordance with the NFPA®13 (National Fire Protection Association) standard.

CYPEFIRE Pressure Systems

CYPEFIRE Pressure Systems designs pressure differential systems to retain smoke in non-airtight physical barriers, in accordance with the EN 12101-6 code.
