CYPELEC PV Systems M01 is a BIM-integrated software solution for designing, analyzing, and documenting photovoltaic electrical systems. Aimed at engineers working on solar energy projects, it streamlines every stage of the process—from importing architectural models in IFC format to defining and optimizing system components. The software includes tools for modeling photovoltaic system elements such as solar panels, inverters, and batteries, considering key parameters like orientation, slope, and shading. It also features an energy design tool that calculates the required number of PV modules based on energy consumption and solar irradiation data. CYPELEC PV Systems M01 enables the automatic generation of single-line diagrams, wiring design, and bill of quantities while providing detailed results on energy generation, losses, and electrical parameters. It is an ideal BIM solution for solar installation projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency, and seamless project management.

Integration with other BIM project disciplines
