Description:

CYPETHERM ADVANCED offers a set of BIM tools designed to analyse thermal and lighting factors in buildings. Ideal for specialists in energy efficiency, such as architects, engineers and environmental consultants. Both the geometric modelling of the building and the import of models created in other BIM tools can be carried out. Covering everything from the thermal characterisation of building elements to energy simulation with EnergyPlus™. Includes tools to analyse linear thermal bridges and surface and interstitial condensation, and calculates heating and cooling thermal loads. Provides options for performing energy audits and proposing improvement measures. Also has applications for analysing artificial lighting indoors, as well as the impact of natural lighting. IFC Builder and CYPETHERM can also import DXF and DWG files and extract the information they contain to automatically generate parts of the model geometry. This product offers solutions that guarantee compliance with the specific regulations for each project, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the results obtained.

Analysis and design according to standards

CYPE's software includes a wide range of standards from various countries around the world within its native features, allowing users to design and check their projects with greater speed and accuracy.

What's included?

05 PROGRAMS - 07 MODULES

AUT

The AUT module allows part of the geometry of models in CYPECAD, CYPECAD MEP, IFC Builder, CYPE Architecture and CYPETHERM to be generated automatically from information extracted from files in different formats (such as DXF or DWG, or IFC in CYPECAD).

APT

This module can be used to carry out the numerical analysis of linear thermal bridges in accordance with ISO 10211 in CYPETHERM EPlus and CYPETHERM BRIDGES.

CND

This module is used to check for the existence of surface and interstitial condensation in accordance with ISO 13788 in CYPETHERM EPlus and CYPETHERM HYGRO.

ILT

This module is used to carry out the interior lighting check in accordance with EN 12464-1 to be carried out in CYPELUX.

IMM

This module allows the energy audit of the building and the analysis of possible improvement measures, including the energy and economic analysis of the different alternatives, using CYPETHERM Improvements Plus and CYPETHERM Improvements.

LE1

This module can be used to check compliance with the indoor environmental quality requirements related to natural light as set out in the LEED certification in CYPELUX.

PBE

This module can be used to perform the modelling and energy simulation of buildings with the EnergyPlus™ analysis engine.

CYPETHERM HYGRO

CYPETHERM HYGRO is a program created to calculate the internal surface resistance factor considering the critical surface humidity and interstitial condensation in building elements. The program carries out the calculation based on the hygrothermal performance of building components and building elements in accordance with the analysis method of the ISO 13788:2012 standard.
